Why can't I hold all these projections?

WHY CAN’T I HOLD ALL THESE PROJECTIONS? is an ongoing series of performative and visual experiences. I'm asking women in front of my video camera to become the pictures of other women which are literally projected on their bodies. The projected pictures are chosen by the woman in front the camera – pictures which are influencing or influenced them in their present and past. Next to that there are pictures projected which are giving a pressure – pictures of beauty standards and pictures representing societies expectations on women – all these projections we are trying or other people are expecting us to fit in – consciously or subconsciously.
WCIHATP? is representing metaphorically the dance with projections women are experiencing in their everyday lives – some are chosen, rhythmic and harmonic, some others more involuntary, overwhelming and paralyzing.
